Secret Island
Entry Location:
I found it by going to the lighthouse and looking off in the direction the lighthouse door is facing. There's a rock formation out at sea that you can take any watercraft to right to that island. Once there, find the waterfall, go behind it and you'll see a statue with the volition logo on it.

Mutant Fish

On the southern coast of the nuclear waste island, where you pick up the waste for the brotherhood mission, swim in the pool of toxic waste to find a two-headed fish swimming around.

Purple Bunny Easter Egg
Entry Location:
When you go to the light house and face to the water in the same direction as the door you will see an island with a rock formation. Go to that island.
From there drive a boat to any of the small "islands" out in the water. On the islands there will be a wooden arrow pointing out in a direction. Follow where the arrow points. You will go through multiple islands but you are looking for a small island with an odd looking arrow.
Go onto the island and it will dissapear and you will find yourself in a circle of arrows look into the direction that the arrows are pointing within the next 30 to 60 seconds you will see PURPLE BUNNY EARS POP OUT OF THE WATER KEEP LOOKING AND THE BUNNY WILL EMERGE.
It will also disappear if you hit it with your boat so do not hit it or leave the circle of arrows.

Sea Monster

Secret Island with water fall
Approach the Secret Island facing the waterfall and look to your left. You will see a rock spire in the water that you can get on top of. Go to the spire and look where there are seaweed strands in the water. You should see a red creature swim through the water. It keeps doing the same path and takes about 45-60 seconds to do a complete loop.
