In the Blood Harvest campaign at one point you will come to a 3-story house that has a basement and two levels above ground.

Go into the basement and you will find a lawnmower with body parts and a lot of blood around it.

when you first start the mercy hospital chapter in NO MERCY right when you get out the saferoom door go to the room diagonal from you and the x-rays on the wall will have a picture of a hand with the thumb missing on the right and on the left will be the thumb.
