Entry Location:
Enter on a second controller anywhere in the game except cut scenes.

Hold LB and press UP, UP, UP, UP on the D-Pad: All Weapons
Hold LB and press RT, RT, RT: Full Health (not the extra from kissing)
Hold LB and press UP, DOWN, UP, DOWN: Infinite Ammo (enter again to turn off)
Hold LB and press Y, X, B, A: Massive Money Gain

Robber Mask

Main Building

Break into 15 peoples lockers with-out getting caught, you will unlock the Robber mask. If you walk into the girls dorm after-hours you can scare the daylight out of them but be careful once they scream the guard will come downstairs and try to catch you so get out fast.
