When you are doing the 1 mile or island run and you get on the bridge at the middle, look to your left and you will see the classic Mario.

Goomba on Simple Run

Simple Run, Island Run
During the Simple Run Island Run, Sprint past your guide when the yellow dog passes you from behind near the start of the run. Sprint past your yellow dog guide when the black dog passes you from behind. Shortly after you begin following the black dog, you'll pass through a short rock tunnel. As you come out of the tunnel, there will be a goomba (Super Mario Brothers baddie) on your right briefly.
