Cheat Perk

Buy perk screen
At any time in the game press select button and go to the perk screen and go to buy perks. you will see a selection of perks that you can buy. hold down the L, R and Square buttons for 3 seconds. A new perk will appear with a picture of a purple heart called cheat.

Selling Paintings
Entry Location:
Build up your creativity skills and do a few paintings. They'll sell for 500 Simoleons a piece and you can sell as many as you want!

Easy Money
Entry Location:
Start painting until you get your crafting up to full. Then your player will paint by him/herself, and each time you will get $500 for selling your painting. Keep doing it until you have as much money as you want.

How to Get the Estate Cheap!

In the first level, when Bella asks you for all your money, say you will come back later. Then go to Mambo Loa, buy all the energy bars they have, and return to her. She takes all the money you have - which is about seven dollars - and you have all the food you need when you get hungry!

Getting Rid of the Second Ghost
Entry Location:
After you get rid of the first ghost in your house, talk to your maid and she will tell you about the ghost in your master bedroom. To get rid of him, go to Deadtree and go into the Meeting House. Go out back and find the tombstone without words on it. Dig up the charm. Now go to the Nightowl and talk to the girl with the blonde pigtails.
*note*- when you are out in the graveyard, try to avoid the zombies!

Keep your money!

curio shoppe
When you buy the house of Bella Goth do this to keep some of your money instead of giving it all away: Go to the cash register in curio shoppe and buy food until you can not buy anymore. Then go buy the house of Bella Goth. Go back to the cash register and sell all your items in inventory you won't have as much money back but you will still have some.
