Unlocking Yoshimitsu in Scenario Mode
Entry Location:
After beating the whole Scenario Mode, you're given the option to select the "HARD" difficulty. Select "Hard" and defeat Steve Fox (again) at the beginning of the stage break the box and a ninja should appear, after defeating the ninja a item that looks like a map should be dropped obtain the map and defeat Steve in order to find and defeat Yoshimitsu.

Unlocking Roger Jr. In Scenario Mode

After beating Scenario Mode select "HARD" difficulty and defeat Christie (again) when you get to the divider there are two paths the left has health, while the right has nothing. Choose the path towards the right side and just continue on your way towards Christie then a kangaroo should appear just before you battle Christie.
