When you complete 100 races or 2000km of driving, you will receive a ticket for a random car in honor of this achievment. It would seem that the car rewarded is completely random. You can retry any random car draw by quiting the game after you've seen what you got but before selecting between drive the car now or not. I've seen this ticket give between a Skyline GT-R race car and Jimmy Johnson's race car down to a lowly Toyota X-Runner. Just keep retrying until you get something you want, why settle for something slow and cheap?
