To unlock Viscera, go to the main menu and hold down L1 and press Square, Square, X, X, Circle, triangle, triangle. A 487lb 6"6' Viscera will appear on the Superstar select screen.

Suits
Entry Location:
Complete 1 season on GM mode and you will unlock a suit for HHH and a suit for JBL when you select either of these two superstars in exhibition mode it will come up with a sign saying ring attire - you can pick their ring gear or their suits. If you are doing season mode with HHH or JBL you can just go to the lockers in the locker room and you can choose their costume there.
