When Leon has the gangster outfit on, during gameplay
Hold down R1 and square for Leon to adjust his hat, after the third adjustment he throws it into the air and does a "moonwalk" type step.

Once you have the mafia outfit and the chicago typewriter Aim the chicago typrwriter and press the square button leon should then move his hat up... if you do this 3 or 4 times he should throw his hat up in the air.

When you are about to go into the ballroom (after you get the king and queen's grail) jump out the window onto the ledge, get the red herb and go up the ladder follow the path to the very end and open the chest.

Get Shot By Louis

During Cabin Raid
During any part of the cabin raid where you are fighting with Louis, shoot him 4-8 times. A small cutscene will play where Louis shoots you and you get a game over.

Cow Attack
Entry Location:
When you are in the village go near a cow and shoot her with a light weapon in the head, but don't kill her. When you get near she will hit you. Though it drops your life, it doesn't kill you.
