Head Distraction

To use a head as a guard distraction, you have to have a machete and when you hold square or x the triangles will change, so just wait until they get red then let go and he will chop off the guys head and you can pick it up and use it as a distraction like a brick or bottle (ps. I've only tried it on ground assault, or I think it called that)
