Shogun Showdown - The PDF Guide suggests parking the Rhino in the safe house garage, shut the door and then detonating the Rhino. Conclusion being, the rhino is spared for you to keep and use. I found that the Rhino was not spared but in fact destroyed, however if you park a second vehicle as so the door will stay open you can detonate the Rhino. Move the second car (providing it survived) back into the garage. When you walk out of the garage and back in both will have regenerated.
