If, when you get the chance, pick the augmentation: Microfibral muscles and get it up to level 3 or 4 you can lift the buddah statues and the very big 'metal crate'
Get Assault rifle
To get an assault rifle do the following: beat up to where you are asked to go back to base, you must have god mode or you will most likely die. shoot a guard and press X, press square to go to your items then go all the way down you should have an assault rifle
