In the lava age one hand can be found by falling down the side nearest to wear you enter, there is a ledge where you can fall and press the hand. You can see this ledge from the other side of the lava pit.

In the dessert level (the first level) the last panel is on the back of the truck. once you click it you will have to get the others if you haven't already
