Go to the armature league and go to the second in the series where you have to try not to get set on fire. You will be at the nightclub so collect a Tommy gun and run up the fire escape. Go up to the highest floor where the gap is. Stay up there until a flaming guy comes. Fall through the gap and run up the stairs in front of you. Keep on falling through the gap to avoid the flaming people for 3:00 minutes. The game screen will say COMPLETE and you will get a platinum trophy. Your reward is lieutenant wild.

With any character on any game mode go to Mexican Mission and get a crossbow and go underground to a torch and hold your crossbow up to the torch and start flaming

How to get gold in PAIN IN THE NECK
Entry Location:


When you start at the entrance to the dam, run forward to the double-floored building and fire two grenades through the windows near the door to the lower room. Immediately step back and aim up and fire two grenades through the windows on the upper floor (if you have done this correctly, all of the windows in that building should be broken). Now turn left and run to the door of the building next to you and fire two grenades through the door's window. Now turn right and run up to the windows near the small section of of fence. Fire two grenades through the windows and then go back the way you came and go under the balcony on the double-floored building. Next to you, there is a door. Fire two grenades through it and finish the challenge. Using this technique, I have achieved a time of about 17 seconds (a gold medal is 18 seconds or less)

NOTE: This has to be done flawlessly. Even the smallest mistake can make you fail.
