Complete the game with a capcom character as your first choice and score between 1000 and 2000 points to unlock Shin Akuma. Complete the game with a SNK character as your first choice and score between 1000 and 2000 points to unlock Ultimate Rugal.

To unlock Boss Battle, unlock Shin Akuma, Ultimite Rugal, Color Edit Mode, and Groove Edit mode. They can all be unlockcked after you beat a final boss with a high score.
