In order to unlock new costume, a CO must be at a rank 10 or higher. For wallpaper, the most COs used in campaign will unlock the i.d. cards for wallpaper. And for galleries, beat campaign and it will be for purchus and Hachi's shop.

When you complete campaign, you will get the wallpapers for the three COs that you used most that campaign. You can then select those wallpapers from the Display menu.
