Note: This CAW is just for fun, and I respect the rights of Marvel, and all that legal stuff!
I also didn't include his "stats" (hometown, name, etc) as since he is a Comic Character, you can choose those yourself. ENJOY

21. Torso Design 103. H-scale down once. Move it to the bottom left of the white area to form the star. [C. blue]
22. Copy previous layer and move it to the bottom right of the white area.
23. Torso Design 103. V-scale up twice. Move it down so that the top of the rectangle is in-line with the white wrist bands or slightly below them. [-100x -30y 15x]
24. Copy previous layer and move it to the right of the red stripe, it should cut about 5% into the red stripe. [White]
25. Copy and repeat with alternating white and red stripes, making sure each new stripe cuts into the previous one. Do not worry about the blurring region for now. Also, ensure that when you are placing the stripes on his sides, that they cut more into the previous stripes as they will appear wider there. You need 14 stripes for this.
26. Underwear 5. [-18x 100y -16s]. Note that you may have to move the 14 torso designs individually until you can get the underwear to appear over them.
27. Shoes 7. [-100x -15y -30s]
28. Head Design 103. Max size. Place on his left cheek bone so that the blue of his mask runs down in-line with the cutting in his left eye. [M. blue]

30. Copy previous layer and move it to the top of his right cheek bone.
31. Copy previous layer and move it down.
32. Head Design 103. Rotate and V-scale up once. Move it down to extend the blue mask just enough to expose his nostrils and the tip of his nose. One end should lie below his left eye while the other end should cover about 60% of his nose. [M. blue]
33. Copy previous layer and move it to the other side of his face.
34. Head Design 104. V-scale up once and move it to his right cheek (your left). This is to give skin exposed, a circular shape. [M. blue]

39. Copy previous layer and rotate. Connect it to the right side of the rectangle.
40. Head Design 99. Rotate and H-scale down once. Move it down to complete the “A” alphabet, you might notice that it is too short, but if you increase it horizontally, it will be too long. So just use the size I told you, and extend it with another copy later. [White]
41. Copy previous layer and complete the “A” alphabet.
