Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 Pain Box locations guide

Downtown

Box 1: Chaos Gem
When you have talked to Zobek after returning from the City of the Damned, you will run across a bridge while fighting some enemies. At the end, hop up the building on the right with the large yellow letters to find this on the roof.

Box 2: Void Gem
After you turn into a rat and head to the basement of the building, to use the power generator during The Antidote chapter, there will be two tough armoured enemies to deal with. Once down, use the void daggers on the flames around the corner and inside the small room will be a pain box.

Box 3: Chaos Gem
When you are in the parking garage, the one where you can access the wolf symbol, go to the right and Mist through the gate there. At the end you will come to a small opening in the wall where you can use a Dungeon Key. Go to the left, through the next gate and the box will be there.

Box 4: Chaos Gem
When you pass through the large open circular area at the bridge, go to the right before crossing and you will be able to go through the gate there with mist form to grab the box.

Box 5: Life Gem
Just After the previous box, continue forward around the outside of the circular area and drop down at the far end. Climb up at the red pipes and you will end up on a metal bridge. This box can be found on the right side of it.

Box 6: Void Gem
In the same area, continue forward around the outside of the circular area and you will come to a green lit platform. Hop up on it and use the Demonic Wings once you have them to jump across to the far side. Hop across the beams and up the platform with the city memorial to find the pain box on the other side.

Box 7: Void Gem
When you are on the metal bridge with the red pipes, there will be a large stone to the left with a pain box on top of it. To grab it, you will need to have the Demonic Wings and then jump over to the top of the stone from the ledge where the fan blows your mist form up to.
