The trail of leaks, half-reveals, and fevered theorizing ends February 17. Hopefully. Bungie has opened up an online presence for its newest game, Destiny (yes, that is the name), and teased that its Facebook fans will be the first to see the project revealed on Sunday.
We already know much more about the game than Bungie seemingly intended at this point--leaks indicate it will be a Halo-esque sandbox shooter with substantial online elements. We also had a glimpse at the game's art direction, which depicts a crumbling futuristic world.
Check out Bungie's blog entry for all the official avenues of upcoming information. We certainly are.
