Bean's Quest is the best platformer on the iPhone by far...it just works like no other game does.

Woah, I was going to post a comment about how people should also check out Game Dev Story and other games by Kairosoft, then I saw that the picture of the "More apps" slide was a picture of Game Dev Story! Its a great game, so I'm glad to see you guys indirectly mentioned it even if it didn't make it to the list. I recommend it and all of Kairosoft's games, as they are fantastic. :D (I've poured around 25 hours into Game Dev Story in around 4 days. If like games and know the game industry, you'll find it pretty funny too, with consoles such as the Playstatus and Microx 480, and games like Last Fantasy!)

I just bought an iPhone yesterday (upgraded from my old Droid X), and loving it so far. This article helped a lot. Would like one too that is "Top Free iPhone games" but still helpful. Also, a tip to other to not overlook Skylanders: Cloud Patrol as a kids game. A lot of very and has a great "just one more try" feel to it. Worth giving a shot, and its free this week.

One of my absolute favorites is Super Hexagon. It's hard as balls but man does it rewarding and because it constantly requires twitch reflexes you don't even have half a second to feel bored. It also only requires to inputs (tap on the left to go counter clockwise and right to go clockwise) so you never find yourself hitting the wrong button, and allows there to be some really tense gaming on a touch screen, without the controls holding you back. If I remember correctly it was only $0.99 and it's super addictive. If you're looking for something that has some real challenge but can be played in bite sized chunks then this game is perfect. My personal record for Hard is 73.46 seconds.... but that's actually the easiest mode. After that is Harder, Hardest, Hardester, and then I haven't even been able to unlock the other two difficulties.

MOBA stands for "MULTIPLAYER Online Battle Arena" Not Massive. Since, y'know, MOBA's are usually 5 on 5 at max. :P

You are correct! They're pretty massive too.

You know what this list needs? Punch Quest, the best game I've ever played made specifically for mobile devices. It's free, so there's no excuse not to download it.
