Battlefield Hardline Premium details leak early

In a biting commentary on the socioeconomic inequality of the social justice system, it seems that Battlefield Hardline Premium will offer owners two weeks early access to the game's planned DLC packs, among various other goodies. Though I might be reading into that inequality angle a bit too much.

Either way, the new details emerged via Attack of the Fanboy, which posted an image of what appears to be a GameStop DLC cover slip for the upcoming cops 'n robbers shooter. Other perks include 12 additional Battlepacks, which deliver extra in-game gear and customization options, and "exclusive premium items" including stuff like camo patterns, patches, and more.

The slip adds that there are "more perks yet to be announced". Everything revealed so far sounds pretty consistent with previous season-pass style Battlefield Premium offerings, so you know roughly what you're in for. And if you're planning to get all of Hardline's DLC, you might as well go in for the whole deal.

EA hasn't yet outlined its post-release content plans for Battlefield Hardline, but it's safe to assume that they'll see several themed map packs with new weapons and vehicles to fight over, and maybe even a few new modes. Why you'd ever play anything besides Hotwire is beyond me, though.

Battlefield Hardline is set to release on March 17 in North America and March 19 in Europe.
