Ubisoft has released a live action trailer named 'Defy' for Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, proving (as if proof were ever needed) that the game is no Disneyfied, Pirates of the Caribbean-esque pirate jape. While the action itself in this trailer may feature real actors, it does a great job of conveying the atmosphere the game is aiming for.

There are some fleeting shots of gameplay at the end of the video, but we don't really mind their brevity. We have already had a full 13 minutes of in-game action the slaver over for a few weeks now. Excited for Assassin's Creed Black Flag? Then you'll no doubt want to read about how Sony is offering limited-time discounts for select PS3 and PS4 cross-platform games and how Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag might be the biggest game in the world.
