Centro Flags 14-19

Flag 14

Head due east of the Pantheon, and you'll find the next flag on a wooden awning, overlooking a tiny courtyard.

Flag 15

Southeast of Flag 14's location, and a little southwest of a church near the Centro/Campagna border, you'll see the next flag on top of an archway over a narrow alley.

Flag 16

Southeast of Flag 15, you'll find the next banner on a beam over an alleyway, right next to the Campagna border.

Flag 17

After snagging Flag 16, head west. The next one can be a little hard to spot from the street, but you'll find it on an archway over a set of stairs, directly adjacent to a church.

Flag 18

Head southwest from Flag 17, and you'll find the next flag on a wooden awning just west of yet another church.

Flag 19

After snagging flag 18, head west toward the middle bridge over the Tiber. On an archway by a terrace facing the water, you'll find the next flag.

Centro Flags 20-26

Flag 20

Cross over the river to the Tiber Island Hideout, and then climb up to its lower roof. The next flag's waiting for you next to the pigeon coop.

Flag 21

Northwest of the Tiber Island Hideout are a tailor and art shop that offer shop quests; the next flag is just west of them, on a beam overlooking the water.

Flag 22

Head due south from Flag 21 or directly west of the southernmost Tiber bridge, and you'll find a ruined area full of the ever-popular standing columns. The next flag can be found on top of this one:

Flag 23

Directly west of Flag 22's position is the Tevere Port underground entrance; the next flag is on a crumbling wall just west of it.

Flag 24

Southwest of the Tevere Port entrance, you'll find more ruins, and more columns. The next flag is on top of this one:

Flag 25

After grabbing Flag 24, head straight north and a little to the west. The next flag is hidden on a crumbling upper floor, just a couple blocks south of a blacksmith.

Flag 26

Near Centro's wester edge is another slummy-looking, ruin-filled area; the district's final banner is on top of one of its columns.

Centro Feathers 1-4

Feather 1

Centro's first feather is on the western face of the Mausoleo di Augusto; just climb up the wall where the landmark icon appears, and you'll find it just above the barred archway.

Feather 2

The next feather can be found at the northern tip of the Pantheon, but to climb up there, you'll have to jog down to its south face. Once you're there, start climbing from that ruined half-pillar on the right.

Once you've worked your way over to the building's north face, you'll find the next feather on top of its rooftop cross:

Feather 3

If you stand in the square in front of the Palazzo Senatorio and look at the building's north face, you should see the next feather. Grabbing it is as simple as clambering up the walls. 

Feather 4

The final Centro feather can be found in the party courtyard where you confront Juan "The Banker" Borgia, on a set of ruined pillars at the courtyard's eastern edge.
