Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood flags and feathers guide

Campagna Flags 10-18

Flag 10

On the roof above an art store.

Flag 11

The next one's on a rooftop overlooking a large courtyard with a well, near the Campagna/Centro border.

Flag 12

The next flag is nestled out of view on this rooftop, just across from the Mercato di Traiano.

Flag 13

On a low rooftop in the French military outpost.

Flag 14

At the edge of a cliffside courtyard, just north across the water from the Borgia Tower that Bartolomeo sends you to destroy.

Flag 15

Walk or swim around to the north shore of the Borgia Tower's island. The next flag will be in plain sight.

Flag 16

This one's literally impossible to miss; it's at the top of the Borgia Tower that your first mission with Bartolomeo and his mercenaries will lead you straight to. Go ahead and snag it, or simply destroy the Borgia Tower to grab it automatically.

Flag 17

You'll find this one hiding on the roof of a church right next to an underground entrance. Just climb up that scaffolding on the left...

... and the next flag will be in plain view behind the steeple.

Flag 18

The last flag in the southwestern area of Campagna is hiding on the lip of another acqueduct. Climb up past the waterfall to grab it.

Campagna Flags 19-26

Flag 19

You won't be able to access this next set of flags until later in the game; once the area's open, though, they're not that hard to spot. Begin with this one, on a wooden ledge jutting out from a Borgia/Assassin tower:

Flag 20

The next one's just northeast of where Flag 19 was, on a short tower overlooking this not-so-busy street.

Flag 21

You'll find your next flag on this cool series of freestanding archways, just a little southwest of the marker for the Terme di Diocleziano.

Flag 22

Northwest of the Terme, and just a little southwest of the nearby Romulus Lair, you'll find your next flag atop - what else? - a platform held aloft by ruined columns.

Flag 23

Look for the next flag on top of a small tower near a blacksmith's shop.

Flag 24

At the fortlike French defenses just outside Castra Praetoria, you'll see a short, squarish guardhouse next to the gate. Climb up on top of it...

... and the next flag is yours for the taking.

Flag 25

The next flag is just a little east of the last one, to the right of the real gate into Castra Praetoria. To grab this one, climb up the scaffolding next to the other side of the gate, and then swing across.

Flag 26

The final flag for the Campagna region is atop Castra Praetoria's inner keep, on the roof above its southwestern edge..

Campagna Feathers 1-3

Feather 1

Your first feather is easy to find; after Ezio gets healed during his first mission in Rome, head west to the little church near the border with Centro. The feather's near the northwestern edge of its roof.

Feather 2

The next feather in Campagna is right on top of the barracks where Bartolomeo lives; just climb up to its tallest tower...

... and you'll find the feather hidden behind the battlements.

Feather 3

After you've gained access to the eastern section of Campagna, the district's final feather can be found sitting out in plain sight at the Terme di Diocleziano.

Important to note, when using a horse to get to the area with flag #26 in the Antico district, you cannot use an armored horse, they will not jump across the broken aqueduct.

Absolutely perfect... I was looking for the listed flags on secret locations... And here they were... And just loved the comments about the 3d flag on Il Coliseo: Trown to the wolves... of course as stubborn as I am, had to do it "the right way". So, here goes some tip 1-At the start, mount the horse as fast as you can (to lose as little time as you possibly can, of course) 2-Standing is just a matter of double tapping, and you've got to find the "right spot" 3-I recommend re-mounting the same horse otherwise it will stand in your way. It took me around 10 to 15 times to get it right... not perfect, but good enough to get the flag, and not desyncronize.. cheers

  • maxmaz - July 5, 2011 2:58 a.m.

crap! when you finish all the romulus lairs and when u get the armour and knife, can u go back and replay it? because i probably missed like 2 to each lair...
  • twinkletitsMcGee - May 24, 2011 4:01 a.m.

I bought all of the flag and treasure maps and have all the flags that were shown but I am still only at 88. Any ideas?
  • viperR6 - May 18, 2011 11:06 a.m.

Hi i read through this blog and im stuck. i completed the game ages ago but lately decided to go back through and collect all the extras. i have literally collected every treasure and borgia flag shown on the maps. but total still says ive only collected 88 out of 101. can someone help and explain why this has happened. i have taken over all bogia control, got all the feathers. and for roming around i can only be in rome. confused!!!
  • Grungustmaze - February 20, 2011 4:23 p.m.

ummmm for what its worth i just tried getting the Il Colosseo: Thrown to the Wolves flag #3 like u guys said the "right" way and well the last part of getting on to a moving horse and getting the flag isnt possible without desynchronizing atleast when i tried because the horse just heads for the door that just shuts locked but jumping and getting the flag and then running an getting the horse on the other side of the door an then chasing that masked freak yea that worked

Regarding Flag 16, you do NOT need the parachute to do this, follow the guide exactly except where it says to use a parachute, simply jump to the column and press and hold B (for xbox) or Circle (for PS3) to grab the ledge of the column, done.
  • gamefreakl1996 - January 28, 2011 11:40 p.m.

I have gotten EVERYTHING (just need to solve 3 more clusters and find 7 more flags) and the ones in the secret locations (Specifically the Basilica one) But does the Borgia cape do the same thing as the Audiatore cape? or does it make it so the Borga won't even attack you?
  • Voncarstien161 - January 21, 2011 9:49 p.m.

Hey this is a good guide, but i think this one is eaiser to follow... just go to
  • badkneecap - January 19, 2011 3:05 a.m.

How do I get back to "Terme di Traiano: The Halls of Nero"? It's not showing up in my Hidden locations in my DNA.
  • joe-skinner - December 15, 2011 5:36 p.m.

same problem. did you manage to solve it in the end?
  • EwoksTasteLikeChicken - January 13, 2011 1:20 a.m.

Thank so much Mikel, this guide saved SOOO much of my time!
  • KermandoCaker - January 2, 2011 2:15 p.m.

Is there the full 101 flags as some guides only do 100?
  • waltzink - December 9, 2010 12:26 a.m.

for #16, i see NO way to even climb the arch! ugh.
  • carlramrod - November 27, 2010 2:39 a.m.

FYI, Antico #26, you must be on the brown horse seen in your pic. It won't work with the white or war horse.
  • GamesRadarMikelReparaz - November 24, 2010 10:27 a.m.

@ChrisAntista_isMyFather: That's a good catch. I didn't realize Ezio could grab on manually where he won't automatically. I'll revise the instructions to reflect that sometime tomorrow. I also discovered you can do something similar for Flag 16 in Antico, without parachutes OR the climbing glove. So I'll update that as well.
  • ChrisAntista_isMyFather - November 22, 2010 4:03 p.m.

    EDIT Meant to say "grasp"
  • ChrisAntista_isMyFather - November 22, 2010 4:02 p.m.

For the last feather you don't need to waste a parachute. Just grab with "B" and Ezio will grap the column. At least that's what I did and it worked. You should try it Mr. Reparaz. If it works for you as well you can edit the article. That way people won't have to do all the War Machine quest. Although I did them all anyway. Other then that thanks it was a great guide.
