Cluster 1

Puzzle 3: Hit A to "activate" the blinking red light found here:

Cluster 2
Puzzle 1: Ah, the lovely puzzle wheels from Assassin's Creed II make a return, although these are quite a bit simplified next to their brutal predecessors. In this first one, the second and first (innermost) rings are linked, as are the third and first.
Turn the first ring left four times, the second and first rings right twice, the third and first rings left three times, and the fourth ring left four times.

Above: For short, that's 1-Lx4, 2-Rx2, 3-Lx3, and 4-Lx4
Puzzle 2: The first and third rings are linked, as are the fourth and first. Turn the first/third rings right five times, the second ring right five times, the third ring left four times, and the fourth/first rings left twice.

Above: For short, that's 1-Rx5, 2-Rx5, 3-Lx4, and 4-Lx2
Puzzle 3: The third ring is linked with the second, as is the fourth with the first. Turn the first ring right three times, the second ring right four times, the third/second rings left five times, and the fourth/first ring right once.

Above: For short, that's 1-Rx3, 2-Rx4, 3-Lx5, 4-Rx1
Puzzle 4: Move your pawn at 2F to 4F.

Puzzle 5: Activate one of the two blinking lights shown below, then quickly activate the other one before your cursor fills up with red.
