  Cheats only valid with v1.03
  These cheats will not function in multiplayer games.
  All steps to enable Cheats must be performed after a mission has begun.
  CTRL-F12 = OVERVIEW (repeat step to disable; shows big map of battlefield)
  ALT-SHIFT-R = RELOAD (loads maximum amount of ammunition)
  ALT-SHIFT-D = REPAIR (lets you repair all damage)
  ALT-SHIFT-I = INDESTRUCTIBLE (makes your tank indestructible; each tank must be enabled separately)
