It’s nearly that time again - when you have to beg your niece and nephew to accompany you to the cinema to see another animated flick that you really wouldn’t bother with if it wasn’t for the littl’uns… honest.
From those lovely people who brought you Shrek and Madagascar, comes Over The Hedge - a story about a gaggle of woodland creatures who are petrified to venture beyond some steep foliage where suburbia lies in wait. Cue RJ the raccoon (Bruce Willis), a con-artist who decides to educate his fellow furry friends in the ways of human life; cue a squirrel with a sugar addiction…
Slipping into the sound booth alongside Willis are an impressive roster of stars including Steve Carrell, William Shatner, Nick Nolte, Thomas Haden Church, Eugene Levy and… somehow… Avril Lavigne.
Over The Hedge is slated for release at the end of June. Click here to check out the trailer.
