Not content with beating us down with its brutal difficulty level in arcades and consoles, the R-Type series is making a move towards the tactical RPG genre, one turn at a time. We just scored some shiny new screenshots of R-Type Command and so far, they’re looking pretty sweet. R-Type Command is currently scheduled to release on May 6.
Resident Evil developer Capcom is porting GameCube prequel Resident Evil 0 to the Wii, Famitsu reports. Capcom hasn't said a thing. Jeux-France has scanned in the page detailing the port, and internet translators have picked the article apart. Apparently, Capcom is planning a Japanese release for summer 2008, so no doubt we'll see it

Following a string of rumors, it turns out Sony's PSP platformer Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters is coming to PS2 very shortly.
There's no official announcement on the title, but a recent PlayStation Underground e-mail from Sony flags up the port, apparently hitting North American shelves in March. The news has since been confirmed by a Sony spokesperson, who also said that the game will arrive in Europe in March as well.
