Pokemon may not be the most obvious forebear of Forza Motorsport, but according to Turn 10 creative director Dan Greenawalt "the worst place to look for inspiration is in your own genre..."
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim was the big
winner at last night's Interactive Achievement Awards (IAAs) in Las
Vegas, scoring a total of five top honors including the coveted Game
of the Year title. Rest assured, the likes of Portal 2, Uncharted 3,

Ever-ready to cut through
critical bias and drummed-up presale data, Raptr has released its
Raptr Report for 2011, with data on which games commanded the most
player attention. The report breaks the year's releases down into

Square Enix's Final Fantasy
VI will be released on PSN this week as part of the company's Winter of RPGs. The SNES game was originally released as Final Fantasy III
in the States - but if the last fifteen years haven't been long

time-bending sequel to Chrono Trigger...
Square Enix announced over Twitter that the long-awaited iPhone port of PSOne classic Final Fantasy Tactics will hit the app store this Thursday for $14.99. It’s not a universal port, and the company says the iPad version is still coming, but it’s “at least 1 month behind.” Square Enix’s Facebook page has the announcement...
Square-Enix's Final Fantasy Type-0, previously announced as Final Fantasy Agito XIII, has had its Japanese release date announced as October 13. The online, non-MMO, originally slated for a summer release, had its development slowed by the PSN outage earlier this year, with Square-Enix asking players to “wait until the season of red leaves” for the title. The officially-announced release date brings with it a new trailer with music by Bump of Chicken, one of the biggest rock bands in Japan. You can see (and follow, if you speak Japanese) all five minutes of the clip after the jump...
Look, we know a lot of people collect video games, and a lot of those people tend to think they can make a pretty good stack of cash from unloading it on eBay. But internet, we ask you, is this freakishly awesome Final Fantasy collection really worth $15,000?
Thai seller Undkodlor – whom is in good standing, feedback wise – is trying to do just that. His eBay sale includes more...
