All in all, it’s hard to recommend Officers with the likes of Company of Heroes and Men of War available, both of which offer superior gameplay, tactics and strategy.
An unlimited amount of collecting and button mashing leaves this title devoid of much that we would want to play. Hey, at least the One Piece characters are there, right?
