Activision: My dick is a full 9 inches bitch! EA: OH YEA! Mine is 12 inches! Activision: BULLSHIT! Mine is 2 fuckin feet! EA: LIAR! Mine is as big as a whale, and it is made of PLATINUM! Activision: BITCH! Mine stretches to the moon, has bling all over it, and it has a grilzizizzzz! Just like the console war smack-down.

You had to expect this. You don't sue a company like Activision and think they won't respond in a big way. EA has been the king of 3rd party publishers a long time. We could see a shift to Activision being #1. Publishing games is not like any other corporate venture. If only these companies realized this and focused on making games and not maximizing prophets any way possible the world would be a better place. Honestly, does Activision really need to make billions! Are hundreds of millions not enough! We were better off when these companies were smaller.

Activision, you are one of the most retarded organizations I know, you are only topped in stupidity by my county's school system. This is a lose lose situation for you guys. Even if you win the lawsuit, even if you legally bind West and Zampella, even if you get them to make decent quality games again. You lose. The few remaining people who do not hate you will. Those who hate you will go out of their way to screw you over. Whether it be illegally downloading your games or just not buying them. Activision, this is a situation you have fucked yourselves into a corner with.

Okay Activision fires the two...and then when they go get jobs at EA...Activision sues EA? What?! WHY? What kind of sense does that make?

This might just be the thing Activision needs. The loss of Modern Warfaremay make them realize they have plenty of other resources other than Call Of Duty...then again, Black Ops is the no. 1 best seller of America, so it may not. Still will be an interesting case ,though

Die Activision, die! ...that's German for "The Activision, the"...

What bullshit. Didn't THQ even state publicly that they almost acquired Respawn? I think that Activision bit off way more then it could chew with this one.
