Stir Fry. Slice the Owl breast into thin strips, and fry up in a wok with peppers, bean sprouts, peas, baby corn, sweet potato etc. Once the Owl is brown, add some coconut milk and curry paste of your choice.
Then throw in some pad thai noodles. Making sure the Owl isn’t overcooked, serve on a bed of rice, being liberal with the sauce. Chopsticks will make you feel cultural, as will a Tiger beer.
