There are two enemies in Dig Dug: Pookas, the round red monsters, and Fygars, the green ones that look like dragons.
Incidentally, there are four colors of dirt on a level, two types of flowers, one type of rock and one guy named Dig Dug. That’s it. There aren’t very many things in the game Dig Dug.
But could it be rounder?
Not only could he be rounder, he gets rounder when you play the game! Dig Dug’s primary attack is a hose that inflates enemies until they pop. You can earn more points by killing Pooka and Fygars with the rocks, but what good are points when you’re old and lying in your deathbed remembering all the circular things you saw during your life?
Runner-up: Fygar
Like we said, there aren’t a lot of things to choose from in Dig Dug.

Galaxy Man is one of the eight Robot Masters built by Dr. Light, err… we mean Dr. Wily to wreak havoc, and it’s up to Mega Man to stop them. Galaxy Man isn’t exactly a sphere, but he deserves an honorable mention because of his both stylish and circle-utilizing robotic form.

Above: Galaxy Man is made of circles and shoots a big circle
But could it be rounder?

Above: The sphere has the smallest total mean curvature among all convex solids with a given surface area.
Runner-up: Mettaur

These Mettaurs are half-way there with their half-circle helmets.
